Other game integration
This guide uses the LoveMachine game plugin + Intiface Center for sending motion commands to synchronize game movements with an OSR device over USB.
Workflow: install the game plugin → configure Intiface Center → test the device → start the game. For VAM, see VAM synchronization.
Preparation
- A Windows PC and a supported game (the list on the left shows supported game names).
- The LoveMachine plugin and Intiface Center installer (LoveMachine reads game movements, and Intiface Center sends them to the device).
- An OSR device, its power supply, and a USB data cable.
Connect device power first, then connect it to the computer via USB. In Windows Device Manager → Ports (COM & LPT), find the device's port and note the COM number in parentheses. This tells Intiface Center which device to connect to. If you cannot find the COM number or the computer does not recognize the device, complete the driver installation and detection checks first. Do not copy the COM number from a screenshot.
Release the device connection first
Close or disconnect MultifunPlayer, GenijoyApp, and any web page or other program controlling the device through its serial port so they do not occupy the same COM port. SR3 users must also connect the supplied 8.4V adapter and turn on the side switch; USB cannot power the servos. See SR3 USB connection.
Step 1: Install LoveMachine and Intiface Center
Visit the Genijoy website. Under Software → PC software, download the Buttplug plugin.
Extract
LoveMachineInstaller.exeandintiface-central-v2.6.5-win-x64.exefrom the downloaded ZIP archive.
- Run
LoveMachineInstaller.exe, find the game you want to use, and enter its installation root folder (the folder containing its executable) in the field for that game. - Click Next through the remaining steps. LoveMachine installs the motion synchronization plugin in the selected game. When you next start the game, LoveMachine sends game movements to Intiface Center, which controls the device's synchronized motion.
- Double-click
intiface-central-v2.6.5-win-x64.exeto install Intiface Center. Click Next through the installation windows until installation finishes.
Step 2: Configure Intiface Center
- Open GenijoyApp, connect the device via USB, and confirm it is recognized. Find and note the device's COM port number at the bottom of the interface. The video uses
COM6as an example; enter your own device's port number. - Click Disconnect, then close GenijoyApp to release the serial port for Intiface Central.
- Open Intiface Central, select App Modes on the left, enable Advanced/Experimental Settings, then enable Serial Port below it.
- Open Devices on the left and begin adding an OSR serial device. Select protocol
tcode-v03and enter the parameters below.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Port Name | The COM number you noted, such as COM6 |
| Baud Rate | 115200 |
| Data Bits | 8 |
| Parity | N |
| Stop Bits | 1 |
- Click Add Serial Device and check the saved protocol, port number, and communication settings.
- Click the Start Server icon at the top left, return to Devices, and click Start Scanning. TCode v0.3 should appear in the device list.
- Open that device's page and click Toggle Oscillation. Confirm that the device moves to finish configuring Intiface Central. After testing, click the button again to stop the test movement.
- Minimize Intiface Central, keeping the service running, and start the game specified in the LoveMachine installer. Enter a scene with movement and check whether the device follows the game character's movements.
Step 3: Start the game
Keep Intiface Center running, start the game with LoveMachine installed, and enter a scene with movement to check synchronization.
Test a new scene without load first to check movement range and speed. Stop output immediately if movement is abnormal. If needed, switch off servo power before checking the configuration.
Troubleshooting
Serial Port or Add Serial Device is missing
Confirm that advanced/experimental settings are enabled and check your Intiface Center version. The video uses 3.1.1; menu locations may differ in other versions.
Scanning does not find the device after adding it
Check that the COM number matches GenijoyApp, the protocol is supported by the device, and the baud rate is correct. The COM number may change after switching USB ports, so check it again.
The port is in use or cannot be opened
Disconnect other players, control software, and GenijoyApp from the device, then restart scanning.
The test button moves the device, but the game does not
First check that LoveMachine was installed in the correct game folder, supports the current game version, and connects to Intiface. Do not repeatedly reinstall the serial driver just because the game does not move the device.
Intiface shows a connection, but even the test does not move the device
Check device power, the servo switch, movement range, and communication settings. On SR3, also check that speed is not 0%. A successful connection establishes communication but does not guarantee the servos have power.
