Genijoy SR3 User Guide
Getting started? Read the installation steps and choose one connection method: Installation → USB to a computer / Bluetooth to a phone app / Wi-Fi. Refer to the screen and settings sections when needed; you do not need to read everything first.

Before you start
Safety
- This product is for adults only.
- Do not leave it running unattended or when you cannot control it.
- Check that all parts are securely attached before use.
- Keep your fingers away from moving parts while the device is running.
- Stop using the device immediately if you notice unusual noises or overheating.

【1】 Unboxing and installation
Step 1: Mount the SR3
Mount requirements: VESA mount with 100 mm hole spacing, a load capacity greater than 3 kg, and M4 screws.
VESA describes the mounting-hole standard; M4 is the screw size. Give these requirements to the seller to confirm that a mount is suitable.
Attach the device to a desktop or floor stand, tighten all four screws, and check that the entire assembly is secure and does not wobble.
Step 2: Secure the cup
Fasten the cup to the cup holder with the elastic hook-and-loop strap. Check that it is secure.

Step 3: Connect power and start
- Connect the supplied 8.4V power adapter to the device's power socket, then plug the adapter into an electrical outlet.
- Turn on the power switch on the side of the device.
- Check that the small screen (OLED display) lights up and shows the main screen.
USB does not power the servos (the motors that move the cup holder). If the screen is on but the holder does not move, first check the power adapter and side switch.

Speed knob
At 0% speed, the servos are unpowered and the holder can be adjusted by hand. At any nonzero speed, do not force the holder to move by hand.

【3】 OLED screens and controls

Playback screens
Script list
A motion script tells the device when and how to move; it is not a video. This screen plays scripts whose filenames end in .srbs.
Put the files in the SD card's root directory (the first level you see when opening the card, outside any folders), then insert the card. Up to three levels of subfolders are also supported. Other formats must first be converted; changing the filename extension alone does not work.

Online and offline playback
This screen plays SD card scripts. Stop playback on your phone or computer and disconnect Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB to avoid simultaneous control.

Page 1: Motion range

- Select the setting you want to change and press OK.
- Adjust the value with the up/down buttons.
- Press OK to return when finished.
Changes take effect immediately and apply to both online and offline modes.
Page 2: Holder leveling and Bluetooth

The web player is unavailable while Bluetooth is enabled
To use the web player, first turn off Enable BLE, then follow the Wi-Fi connection steps.

Factory reset
Reset Device clears all user settings. It restores Wi-Fi hotspot mode, so you will need to set up home Wi-Fi and other preferences again.
Information screens
The information screen cycles through three pages: firmware, device information and SD card information.
Firmware version: Firmware is the program that runs inside the device. Provide this version number when troubleshooting or contacting support. The image is only an example.
Device information: The IP address is the network address your browser uses to find the device. In hotspot mode it is 192.168.69.1; after joining home Wi-Fi, use the address shown here. Free memory is the space available for running the device's program; you do not normally need to record it.
SD card information: Shows capacity and the file system (the format used to store files on the card). You do not normally need to change anything. If the card cannot be read correctly, send a photo of this page to support.
【4】 Connecting the device
Choose a connection method for what you want to do:

Here, “sync” means moving the holder according to motion instructions from a video or game. Choose a connection method and follow its steps.
What should I check when using other OSR software?
OSR software means players or tools that control this type of motion device. T-Code is the set of rules used to send motion commands to the device. Check that your software supports T-Code and your chosen USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. No separate protocol setup is needed when following the GenijoyApp instructions below.
Wi-Fi connection
Step 1: Turn off Bluetooth and check hotspot mode
Set setting → Enable BLE to off. On first use, the device broadcasts a Wi-Fi hotspot named Genijoy_setup.

Cannot find the hotspot?
If the device is already on your home Wi-Fi, check its IP address and connect directly. No reset is needed.
To restore hotspot mode, choose setting → Reset Device. This clears all user settings.
Step 2: Join the hotspot and set up home Wi-Fi
- Find and connect to
Genijoy_setupon your phone or computer. - Open a browser and enter
http://192.168.69.1. - Click Settings at the top of the web player (shown as “设置” in the Chinese screenshot).
- Enter your home 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi name and password, then click Save and restart (“保存并重启”).
- After the restart, in the status bar confirms a successful connection.
- Connect your phone or computer to the same home Wi-Fi, then follow the next step to find the device's new address.
2.4 GHz is a Wi-Fi frequency band, not your phone's 4G/5G mobile data. If you do not know which Wi-Fi network uses 2.4 GHz, ask the person who set up the router to confirm its name.
Still showing the hotspot icon after saving?
If remains, check the Wi-Fi name and password, including uppercase/lowercase letters. The device supports 2.4 GHz only, not 5 GHz.
Step 3: Find the IP address and port
- On the device, open info → Device Info and find IP Addr. Use this address to open the device in a browser.
- Connect your phone or computer to the same home Wi-Fi.
- Enter the device's IP address in the browser's address bar at the top and press Enter to open the web player. Do not enter it into a search box inside a webpage.
After joining home Wi-Fi, use the current IP address, not 192.168.69.1.
What if my software asks for an IP address and UDP port?
The IP address identifies the device; the UDP port identifies where it receives motion commands. Enter the device's current IP address and port 8000 in the corresponding fields so the software can send commands to the SR3. This is not a physical USB socket or a COM number. You do not need to enter a UDP port when using only the web player in a browser.
Bluetooth connection
Step 1: Enable Bluetooth
- Choose setting on the device's main screen and find Enable BLE on page 2.
- Change
offtoon, then exit settings. - Wait for the automatic restart. in the status bar means Bluetooth is enabled.

Bluetooth and the web interface
Enabling Bluetooth closes the device's built-in web player. See Holder leveling and Bluetooth for details.
Step 2: Connect in the mobile app
- Open the OSR Video Player mobile app on your phone.
- Search for
GENIJOY_SRinside the app, select it and connect. - Check that appears in the device's status bar to confirm the connection.
USB connection
The official GenijoyApp supports a direct USB connection and automatic port-driver installation. A port driver helps your computer recognize the SR3. GenijoyApp installs it automatically; you do not need to look up a COM number when the connection works normally.
Automatic driver installation supports Windows 7 / 10 / 11; Windows 8 has not been tested.
- Connect the device's power adapter and turn on its power switch as described in Power on.
- Use a Type-C data cable to connect the device's USB port to a USB port on your computer.
- Visit the Genijoy website and download and install the official GenijoyApp.
- Start GenijoyApp and wait for automatic driver installation. Once the app shows the device as connected, you can start playback or sync.
Not connecting automatically?
- Reconnect the USB cable or try another USB port on the computer.
- Try a Type-C cable known to support data transfer.
- Try installing the port driver manually.
